Returns and Exchanges

1. Our Policy:

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition for Returns/Exchanges:

The shoe must be unused, unscuffed, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.

3. Exchanges (For Size):

If the size is not perfect, we are happy to facilitate a size exchange for the same style, subject to stock availability. Please contact us vi WhatsApp (+237 687 317 104) within the 7-day period to arrange the exchange.
